D&G Arts and Heritage
Managed the digital engagement and regional project strategy for the Dumfries & Galloway Council Arts & Heritage services. Built monthly statistical tracking models to audit multi-channel performance, optimizing audience targeting matrices to double active audience engagement. Due to the measurable impact of this delivery, an initial 12-month contract was extended to 18 months, followed by a transition into an ongoing external B2B advisory role.
Conceptualized and launched the region's inaugural multi-museum passport framework to capture younger demographics and family foot traffic. Orchestrated the distribution of 2,000 operational assets in the pilot phase, scaling production by 100% to deploy 4,000 assets the following year due to overwhelming regional demand. Established a recurring advisory pipeline, building a trusted long-term partnership with the council to guide the strategic expansion of the framework into its third consecutive year.
