In collaboration with the University of Glasgow, I managed the end-to-end delivery of the Ellisland in Minecraft digital transformation project to gamify cultural heritage. Handled cross-organisational stakeholder alignment, resource allocation, and project timelines to successfully distribute the software to regional educational networks.

To drive measurable business value alongside the digital launch, I overhauled internal stakeholder communication streams, implemented an updated membership card tracking system, and designed commercial assets that generated new on-site revenue channels.
