I developed and implemented a refreshed social media strategy to raise awareness of the council’s 13 museums and art galleries across the region. I produced campaign creative including posters and social media content, and created the widely popular “Museum Passport” initiative. The combined work drove a noticeable increase in younger visitors across sites and boosted local community engagement.

I helped Dalscone achieve breakout success in 2022 by designing and implementing a strategic social media program, serving as the primary customer engagement liaison, and launching the Dalscone merchandise collection.
Additionally, I created digital display artwork, wayfinding and environmental graphics for the park, and promotional poster designs.
I coordinated communications between the museum team and external stakeholders, implemented the membership card program, and designed digital prints sold on-site to generate additional revenue. Most notably, I led the Ellisland in Minecraft project in collaboration with the University of Glasgow, overseeing creative direction, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery.
